Use Club Soda on any color of clothing or type of clothing & carpet too. It's the best emergency spotter I have ever used. I always keep some on hand for cleaning up spills on clothing, furniture & carpets. If you react fast on a spot it shouldn't become a stain. But we know that's not always the case. Right? Club Soda also removes red wine spills, coffee, tea & "Yes" even red Pop or Kool-Aid. Lift as much as you can (of the spilled liquid) with a cloth then pour the club soda on the soiled area until the spot lifts. At home I pour club soda directly onto the spot & let it sit for a bit. It works on older stains too, just let it soak in the club soda for a little while, it's cheap enough & it beats throwing away a good blouse or jacket. On dry clean only items just blot it until the spot lifts then blot it dry. I hope you try it because it's always done a great job for me. Good Luck!

Soak the blouse in the tea you spilled on it. This way you can effectively hide the stain and be the only cool hippie chick with a hemp green tea blouse.

The staining ingredient in tea, as well as coffee and colas, is called tannin. The best way to remove this stain is with a tannin stain remover, such as tannin-x. The best thing to do once you spill tea on something, rinse immediately with cool water. Mix one teaspoon of a mild laundry detergent (a mild non alkaline non bleaching detergent) with a cup of lukewarm water and put the paste on the stain. If you are unable to remove the stain, your drycleaner has tannin stain removers to treat this common stain

Wet the blouse with cold water. Put Oxy Clean on it and rub in to make a paste. Then wash it in the washer with cold water and one scoop of Oxy Clean and your favorite detergent. Should do the trick.

Tea is notorious. I am afraid I don't know of anything that would work. You may, however, try Fels Naptha soap. It is about a hundred years old and while I have never tried it on a tea stain I have removed motor oil and garage floor grease with it. I have also removed blood, red wine, ink, cooking oil and hair dye with it.
