Hi
I have a Worcester Highflow 3.5. It is about 13 years old. Yesterday the radiators all went cold. I checked and found that the pump is running and the boiler is also heating the water supply. It flashes up when I run the hot water but it is not heating the radiator system. I have bled all the radiators
Can anyone help ??

Diverter valve is the most probable cause.
Zone valves are not normally on combi boilers.
Pump may appear to be running but have you checked by opening the cover over the impeller shaft ( large slotted cover , undo with a coin ) and making sure this is turning?

The circuit (i think they're called PCB boards or something) inside the boiler might be knackered, my mates a plumber and he has SHITE loads of these circuits in his workshop. Reason, cos they break easily...pay about £40 a piece and £10000000000 for the fitting..

yeh, sounds like 3way valve or motorised given its other nm, especially if you are getting hot water...?.....get in your closet and see if u can see it, if u need a quik blast of heat, u can move the arm and lock it in position, if it works u know its that, so dont accept anything else from a plumber

I would think that the problem is a faulty diverter valve.
