i asked this before and someone told me to do it in the dishwasher. i tried that and all it did was make the sweat more visible. one of my hats is just covered in sweat, it looks like desert camo. so im afraid to put them in the clothes washer cuz i dont want them to mess up the bill of the hat.
o ya and if at first u dont like the quality of the clean...dont put laundry detergent in the dishwasher, it makes a huge mess...

I wash my brothers hats in the clothes washer all the time and it doesn't mess the bill up.

my daughter washes her hat in the clothes washer all the time. if you're really worried about the bill, you can buy a plastic frame to wash it in. they're not necessary.

wash the hats in the washer. don't dry in the dryer

i found useing an old tooth brush and dish washing liquid works good and to keep the shape afterwards a 1 gallon pickel jar and let air dry or blow dry
