First I heated the milk upto 185F and cooled it down to 115F and then mixed with plain yogurt in plastic jar. I closed the lid and left it outside for 5 hours and it became yogurt. Okay, my question starts here. I'm trying to make those live cultures into visible big size. How can I do that? I left my other jar outside for 2 days, but it still doesn't grow as big as I want. I want at least pinky nail size. Does anyone know how to do that? I really need those live cultures. please help!

through the open beams, insulation, whenever it rains, the water drips into a bucket, sometimes 2 to 4 buckets, sometimes it misses and lands on the unfinished kitchen plywood floor, this has been going on for one year, the landlord tried to patch the outside roof 4 or 5 times in the past year, but he is not successful

1. How long does it take mold to grow in this situation?
2. How do I know when it is dangerous, colors? tell-tale signs?
3. Is there some kind of protection for tenants living in an unhealthy atmosphere?
4. I sneeze frequently whenever I go in the kitchen!
5. Should I take him to Small Claims Court?
6.Should he get next months rent?

We are in the rainy season.

It's a typical bathtub in a 25 year old house. I have a couple of dark rust spots - about the size of a pencil eraser right at the drain. Can I kill it or am I looking at a new tub?
