I would use liquid graphite, if you can raise the hinge pin and apply it in the gap created it will soak in better. Be sure to wipe off the excess.

Powdered graphite sprinkled onto the hinges will do the trick. It is dry which helps to keep the dust from settling on it.

I've used a toothpick to apply baby oil to squeeky hinges. Very little mess and works well.

Rub either some lard on it or butter. That is a very old fashion way but it works and it is cheaper.

Dear GND, try silicone spray, it leaks, but hold a rag under and wipe up balance, when dry it is not transferable like oils. you'll like it

take the hindge pin out and use a general purpose grease. Replace hindge

Try some lithium grease in the spray can. It worked for me.
