I noticed that mold started to appear in areas like near my window. I had it cleaned but are there methods i can use to prevent this from occurring again? I don't want this to appear again and then have it cleaned. And i also don't want to cut down the trees around my house. Thanks.

Building a very Big BBQ grill and need to Hook in Burners To the propane. The buners Come with a hose but I am not sure what I need to connect the gas line to the buners hoses. I am not using a conventional valve to turn the gas on so I will need to fabricate a fitting to hook them in. does this fitting have to be tight? or have holes for air to enter the mixture? any help with this will help! I was hoping to just put a few drops of tea tree oil in with my softener or laundry detergent as to disinfect my laundry in fear of some bacteria. Is this okay to do and would it be better to put it in the softener or detergent or would there be a better way to go about this, like on the clothes itself? I'm just afraid if I put it on the clothes itself it wouldn't spread thoroughout the entire load, but just as much; I'm concerned if i put it in the softener or the detergent it may cause a harmful chemical reaction. Has anyone had experience with this? Or, could you suggest another way to disinfect my laundry saftely? I don't want to use bleach as not to discolor them. Thank you!

Im working on the floor plans of an apartment/clubhouse and I was wondering if in the typical apartment floor plans, is it ok if i just show the unit partitions alone and provide typical unit blow-ups? Or do i have to include bathroom walls as well as other wall partitions within the unit for my typical floor plan?

We are in the process of having a house built and intend to have a pool. Trouble is we don't know which is the better option, concrete or fibre-glass in terms of ecomony, longevity and maintenance.

Anyone help?

Would love to replace laundry and toilet tiled floors with a concrete finished floor but just don't know how to go about it. Have searched internet but found little on pulling up existing floor tiles and using concrete slab under these to either polish or stain. Live in Darwin so this flooring is apparently cool and good for high traffic areas. Suggestions please!

have a rental that is being remodelled. Problem is the subfloor area of concern is in the subfloor under the outer wall frames. Have tried a number of enzyme odor eliminator products, clorox, baking soda and vinegar. Any other ideas? Another question is that i think the odor has permeated into the drywall of the rooms, do you think Kilz will seal the smell before painting? (I've already washed the walls with TSP. Thanks for any input.
