In the commercial it says it can take the place of daily vacuuming, but does it actually vacuum? If not, is there any cheap vacuum out there that is small? I am about to move into an apartment, and don't have a lot of space or money for a giant vacuum. any advice?

I am aware that modular homes are basically regular stick built homes (just that they are built inside so that they are built better and faster than regular outdoor construction) built in a few sections and then assembled in a few days.

The only thing is that I've heard that modular's will depreciate in value. This doesn't appear to be true, because its just like a regular house after its built and you can't tell the difference.

It seems like alot of people are confusing the "modulars" with those "manufactured" low grade double wide homes.
Does this misconception about the differences really make the modular homes depreciate?
Whenever you go to sell it, do you just not tell people that they are modular since they are pretty much a regular house?

think of to try and get an answer. I live in Houston, and for the past 3 or 4 days it has been really cold for us here...almost freezing. I don't know if this has anything to do with what is going on or not. When I turn on my hot water faucet in the bathroom sink, even before the water turns hot, I start hearing a knocking sound behind the mirror that is behind the sink. What is causing this and should I be concerned. Thanks.

I have a large ficus tree. We have had really cold weather for us here, San Diego. The top of my tree shows frost damage and will have to be trimmed back. Should I trim now or wait until it warms up a lot more? Usually around 55 at night, has been down in the 40-30's.

I'd like to cut ptfe (teflon) at home and make rods that are less than 2mm in diameter. [like tuflon.com]. I can't afford a water jet cutter!!! Something really small. I just want to experiment with this type of thing. Is there some type of tool that works like a compass except cuts 1/2 in thick? I am not in the know about tools and such (as you can probably tell). Is there someplace that can make a hole puncher type thing in my specified diameter? Thanks in advance.
