I want to know what is the best vacume cleaner to get with the most sucking power and with the HEPA filter for under $70.00 bucks and bagless.

Ok well we just bought a new vaccume about a week ago and we bought a Riccar Radiance and well I would have to say I don't think you can get better suction than it has. It is a tad bit loud but the suction is worth it.
The proof: When the man came out to show us the power he took the same kind of vacuume just 1 lesser model and vacuumed a carpet for exactly 5 min. Then took the Radiance and then vacuumed over the carpet once not repeating over any of the spots. He then showed us the bag with tons of visible dirt!!! I was sold right away. It has a 4 or 6 stage filtration system, American made, on board tools, wood and carpet settings. I love our vacuume!
The thing about the bagless vacuumes is that they tend to leak after a couple of years of use. Go to your local vacuume store and ask them what they REALLY think about the Dyson vaccumes.
- Good luck hope I could help.

You can find the Hoover Empower on line in that price range. It is bagless and does have the Hepa filter. If you want a really good vacuum you would have to spend around $500 and get an Oreck or a Dyson. Also I think bagless is overrated because they put a ton of dust back in the air when you empty them.

Best vacuum in my opinion is a Dyson.
I have one, it cost me like 400 dollars (with all the gizmos and attachments). It is really awesome though. It's simple to work, really sucks out the dirt and as the ads say, doesn't loose suction.
It's bagless, and has an easy canister cleaning lever. Also the removable part of the filter is good for a LONG time. You just wash it with a soft damp cloth every six months.

You need a Dyson. It is the absolute best vacuum I have ever had. Worth every penny! It is bagless, but unlike other bagless vacuums, when you empty it there is no filter full of hair and dust. The hose part is as powerful as a shop vac.

A dyson it is around $4- 500, but is the best vacum. If you keep buying a $70 one it will soon add to the same value anyway so you should just buy it first go and be stuck with a good one rather then something that is going to break after 6 -8 months my thoughts only

Dirt Devil en Vision. It's less than $70.00 at most local supercenters like Wal*Mart or Kmart. It has 3 filters and no bags to mess with. Plenty of suction and lots of attachments to do more than floors.
Hope this helps.
