A Nasturtium or a sunflower or a hyacinth bulb. The fastest grower I know of is the Amaryllis, which is a big bulb, but it grows enough that you can see a lot of difference when you come home after going to work or school.

Try a lima bean for a fast plant, but no flower. A bulb will produce flowers in just a few days or a week.

There are some species of bamboo that will advance that quickly. also, you would possibly want to guage breeding ingle-celled algae in a tank; with lots of aeration, foodstuff, stirring and the astounding temperature I anticipate there might want to be seen advance too, i.e., the water turns from sparkling to eco-friendly and slimy.
