It is a Brother electronic sewing machine...I know it's about 15 years old...It is computerized with an LCD screen (a tiny one) and has 21 stitches... I CANT find my manual, and don't know my model number and so cannot locate a manual online without the model number.

If you need more details, please let me know and I will tell you all I can.

You should call customer support and they could help you find the model number on the machine, or they could find the model number by the serial number.

Here is their contact information:

Brother International
7777 North Brother Blvd.
Bartlett, Tennessee 38133
800-284-4357

9:00am to 5:45pm Eastern Time

Hope this is helpful.

There has to be a number on the machine itself, somewhere. You just haven't looked hard enough. Any number (part numbers, etc) can help Brother figure out what machine you have.

Take a picture of it and send it to them. They can tell you.

Somewhere on the bottom probably should be a plate or embossed series of numbers, which should include the model number, series and so forth.
