How do I kill ant larvae that might be within my house.....moving soon and really do not want ants to invade at new place.

Ahhhh those poor little defenseless critters..

you should harvest them in your arm pit till they are old enough to leave on there own..
come on give em a brake.

You can get rid of ants by using pest control.

ants are into burrowing in tunnels..normally live & lay their lavae outside. in sand easy to dig areas...the queen is deep inside...she is guarded as well as the lavae...
Vacum & give everything a good "shaking out" / cleaning... pack in plastic bags... they make huge Ziplock storage bags...2'x2'....and another huge one.
or plastic storage bins...

all insects breath through their skin. I mix dish soap with water 1 to 10 about and put it in a spray bottle for all insects. works with spiders to but they take longer to die. if they are unseen you must fumigate and thats for professionals.
