Hi,

We need to arrange a house inspection. I want to find a good inspector and not the one that the real estate agent recommends. What is the best way to find one that knows his job well. I bought a house before and the home inspection missed a whole bunch of stuff that cost me an arm and a leg to fix later on....please advice. Thank you

We have an older house with the old fashioned keyholes in the bedroom doors. The large, traditional shaped keyholes in which you would put one of those old fashioned looking keys into. The keyholes are still there but there aren't any keys for them. The locks is sort of a deadbolt that the key would move.

Is there anywhere I can get one of those old fashioned keys? Would a locksmith have to specially make the key to fit the lock, or did those old fashioned keyholes just have generic type keys that don't have to be specially fitted?

Or would I have to have a new lock installed?

How do you keep up with laundry?
How do you keep your house clean?

I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 (4, 2&1/2 and 1). I don't expect my house to stay spotless, but i need help.

I've created a daily, weekly & monthly schedule, I'm just having a hard time sticking to it.

Since yesterday I have noticed the sound of a mouse in the wall directly in front of me. Today it is still making noise, in the same spot, so I fear it may be trapped in my wall. If the mouse dies, I will end up with a stench that I cant get rid of. What can I do??

notice people around me sniffing and looking at me. Since I am a very clean person, and I shower, use deodorant and change into fresh clothes every day, I am puzzled and frustrated by this. I tried to come up with several answers-- 1) I have been getting this a lot when I am a little sweaty. I take 250mg. of Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) in a capsule every morning. Maybe, when I sweat this fish oil has a definite odor coming out of my pores? 2) I use Rogaine on my scalp every morning before I leave for work. Maybe This has an odor when I sweat? 3) I wear polyester pants to work (my job requires it) I wash them about once every 2 to 3 days. Polyester definitely has a tendency to stink. Maybe it's this? (When I take them off and sniff them they have no odor). Everything else is perfect and I can't imagine what my problem is. Does anyone have a clue?

I've seen a lot of this "spray" on artificial greens in many stores. It feels dry...almost fibery...and sticks very well.

I'm repotting my pothos to a bigger pot. After I removed my plant from its small pot, I noticed that all the roots are tangled up! I don't know if I should just pot it like it or try to loosen the roots. I'm afraid i might damage the roots though! Here are the pictures, can someone give me some advice?

I also bought this Shults Roots Starter Plus which I'm planning on using on the soil before I pot.

This is a pic of my big pot and pothos plant.
