Lost my portable garage door opener; what's the procedure to replace it?

What's this plant please?

I found it growing at the base of a hedge, in a grazed field close to an old house (in Ireland). It had leaves like mint and when I rubbed them it smelled lovely and minty. Leaves were green, rather that a blue-green. It had quite a woody stem - bit like a very big nettle. Was about 2 foot tall and had the reamins of a flower spike but petals were gone off it. Possible a garden escape but not sure.

I have a indoor Miniature Rose. Will it bloom this Winter?

I bought this Miniature Rose bush this year and kept it outside this summer where it bloomed all summer long. A couple of weeks ago I divided the plant into 4 different pots and place them in window sills that get good lighting. The plants are nice and green and have a little new growth. What should I do to encourage them to bloom? Will they bloom indoors? I believe this is an indoor type of miniature. I also an trying to winter over an outdoor rose bush.... do you think it will bloom as well?

How can I get the members of my household?

to let me know when they have used the last of the cereal or laundry detergent etc, etc? It's frustrating to have just gone to the store only to come home and find we are low on something.

How can I make a barbie toilet / bathtub / bathroom set?

I made my daughter a huge barbie house for Christmas and so far I have made furniture for every room except the bathroom. I would prefer to make the bathroom set myself instead of buying it. Any suggestions on how to make a toilet? LOL I can't think of anything to use. The rest of the furniture for the house came out great.

my furnace is broke... led light says "open limit switch"??

my furnace is constantly running but only cold air... it has an automatic pilot light, i turned off all power and followed the directions for reseting it... still having same problem. the error light is telling me that its the limit switch, is this something that can be a do it yourself replacement?? i found the switch and it is just a little part that has 2 purple wires bolted to the side of the furnace.... please any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!!

'feng shui'ing a room?

I don't know how many feng shui buffs are out there, but here's my question: If using a feng shui color chart for a room, do you use it by associating the bottom of the chart as being 'south' or do you consider the bottom of the chart to align with where the door, or opening to the room is?

does it bug anyone else when the toilet roll is unrolling away from you when on the toilet? i like it to be facing me rather than pulling it from behind the roll!

I'm living in a old cottage, and need to know a good way to heat it?

I'm renting a cottage in Edinboro, PA for the school year and we're right on the snow blet (just got a 6 inches of snow last night) and the cottage was renovated to live in, but all the heating vents are located on the ceilling (Heat rises, not falls). So my head is always warm but everything else is always freezing. I was just wondering, whats a good way to circulate the heat in the house?
