Hold the tap, while underneath you tighten it up.

Check the rubber in between the metals it might be worn out. Might need a new one or a new tap altogether. Try tightening first.

If you mean it's loose in the mounting hole, the nut underneath needs tightening; to get to this you need a 'Basin wrench' - loads of diyers have these, but not very expensive to buy.

pop the H&C cap covers with a thin object like a small screwdriver or pen knife. This will get you to a screw that holds the handle down, probably phillips head, tighten clockwise, thank you1

Tighten the back nut on underside of sink, mind you don't loosen the water connection nut under it, when you do so.
