You can,or you could get a new and dry one, or rewash it and dry it, and use it again.

personally I would not even use a towel twice, when you dry your body you exfoliate dead skin cells plus you are wiping bacteria off your body which will grow wonderfully well on a damp towel, and don't forget dust mites love dead skin cells.

As long as it is taking off more water than it is putting back on, go ahead and use it. But why not just drop it in the dryer for a few minutes?

You need to let it dry before you use it again. wet towels will not absorb any more water.

It depends.I usually don't b/c I prefer not to wipe back on yesterdays germs .

Yeah even when its dripping, it may not dry you but you can use it
