ok i started skateboarding about a week ago and my leg muscules hurt sooo much i can already do the ollie and pop-shoveit but now when i try to bend my legs to my chest to do any ollie any legs hurt how long should i rest for the pain to go away? also can someone tell how your suppose to flick the board when you trying to kickflip?

Well this morning I couldn't feel my arm or move it. After four minutes it came back to life.. I guess i slept on my arm. Why was my arm like dead and how do I keep this from happening? Thanks!

Getting ride of 10 small gallstones naturally
Question Details: I had ate spicy food yestarday, ate some dark chocolat and also took raw garlic. After that I had some HUGE pain.
scale at 10 was at least 9. Horrible pains. Went to the ER.
They checked my heart because the pain was close to the heart. Well they found some 10 small gallstones. They told me i need to get ride of my gallblader. Was thinking doing that naturally. Any suggestions? Pains are still there but not as bad now. Thanks

I am at the end of my rope, I can't take this anymore. I was in a pretty bad car wreck in Jan, in which I sustained a neck injury. The only problem is, it's all soft tissue damage. It took me six months to go back to work! Now, I'm seeing a neurosurgeon/pain specialist who thinks I'm a drug addict or something because of my age(22). This pain is ruling my whole life. My "pain doctor" won't do anything. There are days I can't get out of bed (today). I'm in tears. It hurts and nothing I can do helps. I've tried everything known to man (OTC) and still no relief. I am already suffering from depression because it all and I can't take this pain anymore on top of that. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know I could go to the ER or something, but that's only temporary and going into an ER basically for pain meds, tends to throw up red flags (I know, I work in an ER). Please help me!

i ran yesterday, and im a real experienced runner...i also played basketball and my legs were really sore at night. this morning i realized the pain got worse and i think i have shin splints...i also run on my toes so i dont think my running posture is the matter...how can i relieve the pain and when can i get back to my usual sports?!

kinda near the hip..i put some ice on it and i guess it kinda worked. it hurted most when i needed to pee. and when i went to pee it went away and a while ago like an hour ago or an hour and 1/2 it was hurting when i needed to pee so i went to pee and then i kinda farted it i felt it went away and it hasnt been hurting that much now. i barely feel it.

i havent peed since so i dont know if its better but im kinda scared to go to the bathroom now.

help??

All day at work today I have been getting pressure on the left side of my head that goes down to my ear. It's not sharp, but dull and constant. When I tilt my head to the right, it's VERY uncomfortable.

I'm not sure what this is, it's not a burning sensation or anything like that. It's like when you're in an airplane, just not only your ears but the left side of your head as well.

I've been trying to think about what could have caused this and the only two possibilities I have come up with are I had a teeth cleaning done yesterday (some of my teeth on the left side are sensitive) and I did a yoga practice yesterday. But I've done both of these many times previously, but have never had this problem!

Any advise, articles, and/or websites you can direct me to would be most appreciated!

sometimes i have this poking pain in the right side of my lower bit of my stomach i also have a bit of pain there not much and sometimes the pain goes to the left side it doesn't hurt much it just feels like something is poking. i am also on my period my back hurts more. i had this pain a week before my period as well there not like cramps i also feel really cold and have a bit of a fever i thought it might be a appendictus but my cousin said the pain for a appendictus is unbearable but mines doesn't hurt that and also that u have vomiting

Hi Answerers,

I had a cortizone injection in my elbow yesterday, and today it's screming in pain. Doc gave me NSAIDS for swelling.
I have to move this weekend.

Is this soreness going to end soon~!? It's a killer for pain!

I am 27 and i had a baby last year and i had a varicose vein removal 10yrs ago but only since yesterday i've noticed pain in my leg when walking on it.It is bearable but is uncomfortable.I have also noticed the vein is more protruding but i also have same on other side but no pain thank goodness.Please if anyone can recommend any support tights or support bandages for my legs i would be so grateful.

When you take anadin extra do you have to swallow it whole or will it work just as well if you crunch it up(although it will taste bad).

For 4 days, I had leg soreness on the inside of my right leg, right above my knee. It was just sore like I had strained or pulled a muscle. Yesterday that pain was gone, but it had moved down into my calf almost directly below the original spot of pain. I can see a large vein through my skin, and it seems like the pain is just moving down that vein. Has anyone heard of this before? What is it/what should I do?
