i just got it tightened about 5 hours ago and i have virtually no soft food in my house. at all. so, what can i eat? im starving but everytimei try to eat, its like eating rock. HELP!

take some motrin/ibuprofen with milk, and make yourself a smoothie out of fruit, ice, yogurt, etc.
If you don't have that, drink some juice or chicken broth, or eat some cereal and let it sit in the milk so its softer.

look for fruit that you can chop up into small pieces so dont have to chew. if you have yogurt in your house you can try that, as well as mac n cheese or apple sause. look around to see if there is anything you can cut up to make them easier to chew. you may also want to ask your parents to buy you some soft foods for the next time your breaces hurt. good luck!

eat th softest foods like outmeal or um mashd potatoes or soup or smoothies i guess my sister had braces and thats what she did and chew slowly so notihng starte=s to hurt badly after a while she stopped complaining
