You should put some ice on it, and you can put your arm on a bandage, tie it around your neck and let your arm hang in it (to relax it). You can also use medicines like Nurofen, or Benalgin or Ksefocam or Ketanov (painkillers) and put some Dolgit or Dolobene gel or Fastum gel or Troxevasin or Lioton on your shoulder. After several days start to keep it warm, it will be swallen, you'll need to make it all dissolve, use any of what I mentioned above exept Troxevasin - if you used Troxevasin change it on Apizartron. Better use Dolobene or Lioton. That's in case you try to treat it yourself. You can always go to a doctor and have an x-ray if it's not a problem, if you don't want or can't - examine it yourself and if you can move your arm but your movements are limited because of pain it may be not very serious, if you can't move it, don't feel it - it can be a brake. You can also try to jump very little - if it's a brake you will feel sharp pain, also some people try to kind of knock on the elbow with your palm, if you feel the pain in your shoulder - it also can be a sign of a brake. No other way then an x-ray can give you 100 per cent garantee. if it seems to be not so bad - use a bandage to support your arm for the first days. Good luck.

I'm not going to email you on what you should do, but I'll respond here. What you sould do is take some ibuprofen. And practice more on your skateboard, because your balance apparently needs some work.
