ok so for a few days i have been getting a pain just above my noes like a little head ache but my uncle said that it could be strain or stress related what do you think?

It could be sinus pressure? Maybe you have allergies? When my allergies act up I get a pain between my eyes and sometimes right above my nose. You could try taking a benedryl to see if it helps.

headaches like that are usually nothing to be worried about....

try some over-the-counter meds if it doesn't go away by itself.

stress can certainly mess up your body, including your head but our bodies are pretty amazing machines and can adjust to different situations, even stressful ones....

But if it still persists or if you have to keep taking medicine, better have it checked out.
