It is not always unbearable. And you always don't vomit. I can sometimes feel like just a sharp pinch. However... the pain for appendicitis usually localizes to your right side. So either you have an anatomical difference or it's something else.

I am guessing somethign else, so lets see. Abdomen pain. My first thought was cramps. But if you have a fever too it could be stomach and/or intestinal infection. Any diarrhea? I would suggets going to a doctor it could be an ulcer. or one of the many other abdominal problems, but appendicitis i am sure it is not.

Check your stools for blood next time. If you see any, go to your doctor/ER immediately.

Acid reflux could also be a feasible intent. You would take a look at taking antacid pills to look if that could support! Otherwise, I quite am now not definite what it possibly? Sometimes if there may be plenty of acid to your belly diarrhea occurs...even though it possibly anything one-of-a-kind? Drink lots of beverages and for those who ought to be someplace with out a rest room take Imodium to support with the diarrhea.
