Anadin extra?

When you take anadin extra do you have to swallow it whole or will it work just as well if you crunch it up(although it will taste bad).

Based on the ingredients I would recommend you swallow the tablet rather than Chew it. Chewing is going to cause the Medicines to release too fast. They need to dissolve slowly into your system.
