I experience painful pressure in my left kneecap when my knee is fully extended, whether my foot is flexed or pointed. Does anyone know the cause/remedy?

You may need to have an MRI done to your knee. You maybe have some arthritis starting to form in your knee. Some people don't believe in that but now days babies are born with arthritis now. Then again you may need to find an orthopedic doctor to check out your knee. An x-ray will not show the arthritis but the MRI will and anything else that the x-ray didn't find.

Could either be related to a muscle strain or arthritis but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
