I am 27 and i had a baby last year and i had a varicose vein removal 10yrs ago but only since yesterday i've noticed pain in my leg when walking on it.It is bearable but is uncomfortable.I have also noticed the vein is more protruding but i also have same on other side but no pain thank goodness.Please if anyone can recommend any support tights or support bandages for my legs i would be so grateful.

Support tights evenly put pressure from the outside onto the legs and support the connective tissue. They are not just for old people any more. I've enclosed a link where you can find excellent support tights.

HI- PLEASE be careful! You don't want to have a Deep Vein Thrombosis develop, so @ this point, it is PERTINANT that you go see your Physician ASAP! I would never recommend anything to somebody in ur postition how to help this pain. Pain means a problem. There can be blood clots involved, and most importantly you have a baby to think about. Do the right thing, and make an appointment tomorrow. Good Luck and Take Care!

you cam gett the socks or hose as they are called at an Pharmacy they are for heart patients and the Pharmacy people Will show where they are and they are inexpensive and come in pairs and they can both be used on the same leg so you will have two to use good luck

Firstly I'd say visit your gp and get them checked! Try Boots (the chemist) they do a great range of support tights in varying degrees of support.

compression tights but see doc to be on the safe side.

I only know of elastic bandages i use these for my right leg and they help me.
