Just gotta really try and not sleep on your arm. You didn't have enough blood in your arm thats why it was dead. Don't worry it's normal.

Sleeping on your all arm cut off the blood circulation that's why it felt dead. You have to train yourself to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your back keeps the body in alignment and prevents many health problems.

your arm died because by sleeping on it you didn't let blood circulate in the arm causeing it not to work
their's not really a way to prevent this from happening cuz you can't control your movements in your sleep....try a new position when you sleep i personally like to sleep on my stomach

The circulation was impaired so your arm felt like it was "dead". Don't sleep on your arm again and it won't happen. (If you forget and your arm is "dead" again, just rub it to get the blood flowing again and you're back in business; no big deal.) You're welcome!

First, do not sleep on it. Get tested for serum cholesterol level. See a heart doctor and perhaps get an angioplasty. Loose weight.

Don't go to sleep. Or sleep standing or sitting up.
