Pain & Pain Management - August 2007

For the past month maybe more I suffer from anxiety every night around the same time. I think its more than anxiety. I have been told that I have panic disorder, but lately what I experience is way more intense. So last night I was up allllll night long because everytime I would lay down and close my eyes I felt a shocking sensation in my chest on the left side. Then I would get a hot flash and it would scare me so I would sit up and try to go to sleep, the same thing would happen. I could feel this was starting to cause anxiety and my throat was starting to feel clogged. It could just all be in my head but Its been going on for too long with this anxiety crap. I didnt know a panic attack could last almost all day and night long. What is goin on with me? Oh yea, I dont have insurance right now either so please dont tell me to go to a doctors. THANKS

It got dislocated 20 times from May 1984 to till date.All ligaments got treared off.While moving the shoulder i experince more friction and continuous pain neck to shoulder.I I have diabetics from last 11 years.Please advice me what i have to do now.

I have a few questions for the use of it:
1)Does epsom salt reduce swelling or good for swelling.
2)I have some what of a sprained ankle should I use it (I'm a football player high school)
3)Does it reduce soreness
4)any side effects
5)does it work.

feel downright awful? Just a general all over rotten feeling that doesn't go away all day? I have more and more of those days lately and I'm not the type to lay in bed all day no matter how tempting it is. What do you do in a case like that? How can I feel better without drugs?

i have turned femor,osgood schlatter and sever's in my legs.. wen i run my legs r in constant pain and yes i have been 2 the docs and he said 2 give up outdoor but recently while i have been play indoor my legs have liked been in horrible pain and worse than ever i do stretches the physio gave me and eat healthy .. is there anything else that can help me?

Have been exercising regularly after a long time and been having pain on my ankles and calf muscles. What can i do to stop the pain without taking pain medication? It has been 3 or 4 days that i have been having hard time just walking because of the pain.

I have really really really bad pain in my knees. ive dislocated both of them. but ive dislocated my right one really bad 3 times! my left one, i only dislocated once, two years ago...but recently i have been having alot of pain in it. ive got alot of pain on both of them. i went to the dr. and she gave me pain medicine...but its not working....
i got xrays done...i dont see them until monday....to see exactly whats wrong....
will she give me stronger pain medicine? or what?

my eyes are really killing me. i THINK it might have been because i've cried every single day since sunday, and it started hurting right after i cried on monday. so does anyone know i can get them to stop hurting. its giving me a horrible headache, bad enough where i can't do alot of things anymore. so anyway, thanks.

Does anyone know if Roxycodone 40 and Oxycodone 40 htl (I think thats right) will show up different in a Blood drug test, or will it show up as the same thing in a test, My Sister has to have a test she only has Roxycodone to take but, her Oxycodone is gone, and we need to know if these medicine's are the same thing or each show's up in the drug test!

heya im just wondering because its begininng to really bug me now.
This happens like about once a month maybe and it usually occurs at night and veeery rarely in the day.
i get like a really horrible dull ache all down my right shin of my leg and once it got really bad and i just sat there trying to keep still or start rubbing it so the pain might go away but it doesnt...after an hour or something it fades out and stops

whats wrong with it?
sometimes it migh be on the other leg but i cant remember!

My doctor is keen for me to have cortisone injections into my shoulders and wrists, but I have a problem with this in case they hit a nerve. I have on occassion it a nerve myself (insulin) with a thin needle, but though thought of a thicker one is making me feel quite unneccessary.

I am wondering how much they hurt, what damage can be done, and why I could not have them done while under ga for another operation due in the next few months!

I got contacts on Tuesday. My vision is not bad but I need them for driving. Anyway they been very sensitive to brightness.. TV computer phone sun etc. I can't describe how it feels, it doesn't hurt but my eyes start to close I try to keep them open but they refuse. I'm scared because I don't know what it is or what to do about it. Please help me.
