Does anyone know if Roxycodone 40 and Oxycodone 40 htl (I think thats right) will show up different in a Blood drug test, or will it show up as the same thing in a test, My Sister has to have a test she only has Roxycodone to take but, her Oxycodone is gone, and we need to know if these medicine's are the same thing or each show's up in the drug test!

Same thing. Sister should inform the technician prior to the test that she has a prescription for, and has recently taken oxycodone. Should be no problems.

roxicodone and oxycodone are the same exact drug. They both contain oxycodone and if the drugs were prescribed by a doctor which I suspect one of them was not your sister will have no issues with the drug test.
