This time you really need to see the doctor. There won't be "one easy answer" but you need to stay with the doctor (someone you trust) and make sure the file gets updated regularly. What I'm trying to say is "Don't run around to different walk-in clinics and see a bunch of different doctors". You want to have a consistent file with one doctor, who will then send you to a specialist.

Liver problems can also cause you to feel pins and needles in your extremity's BUT if its only in your hands, it sounds more like an inflamed nerve which can be caused by just about anything including sitting in a draughty area.

Seek medial attention to confirm.

Nerve senses such as pins and needles and prickling or similar feelings are known as paresthesias. Sometimes it is painful. Paresthesias usually com from from damaged nerves from excessive pressure.. such as when exercising. It is also a sign of various diseases which need checking out. These diseases can lead to loss of feeling so you have to go to a doctor. In that case any abnormal feeling needs doctors advice.

Best to check it out.

It could also be related to a pinched nerve such as in your neck but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
