Ben Gay doesn't help and it's been like this for 2 weeks now. Any ideas and what can I put on it for the pain

You do not state your age. If you are 40 or older, you could have bursitis or a form of gout, both of which are forms of arthritis.
Try ibuprofen. You might try strong dose. Most tablets are 299 mg. If you take 3, that is the equivalent to prescription strength. Should work.

For right now you may want to take a pain reliever or someting but really if it has been hurting for that long you may want to seek medical attention. You may have really hurt something and think it is just a pulled muscle or something. Since it has been 2 weeks I wouldn't chance it. Ask yourself if this pain is worth it. Go get it looked at.

See a chiropractor. Neck issues can cause the referral to the shoulder. FYI- over-the-counter Ibuprofen comes in dosages of 200 per pill

May be you have a neuropathic pain
Are you hyperglycemic which means that your sugar level is high...See so Cause this is a possibility!!!!!!!!!!!!?????
It is obivious that pain sedatives will not act...so please see the doctor..cause there must be a complete diagnosis....and the laboratory tests ..Don't let your self like that please

Hey guys down either you are doctors or pharmacists or not:

HOW can you administer drugs without cautions!!!!!!!!!

IN CASE that the patient is on other drugs...what about DRUG INTERACTIONS now !!!

Please do not take ibuprofen....except after the diagnosis and see the doctor ..may be other drugs affect the Ibuprofen
absorbtion or metabolism or elimination...
To be at the safe side...You must see a doctor....
