i've been diagnosed with reflex sympathetic dystrophy too...the pain is unbearable =( anyways, i was taking pain killers for a while, but they didn't really work =[ currently, i'm undergoing physical therapy to straighten my "bad" leg out, strengthen it, and pretty much keep control of the complex regional pain syndrome, as best possible. so, if the meds and sympathetic nerve blocks worked out, consider using them again. in the event that doing so is not an option, i suggest you visit an orthopedic and go see a physical therapist or chiropractor depending on your area of rsd trouble! well i hope i've been of some help...good luck =)

I also have RSD/CRPS. I've had it for about 2 years now, and got it from a knee surgery which my body reacted badly to. I started treating with medication and sympathetic blocks, physical therapy, and desensitization which none of them worked for a long term solution (and physical therapy/desensitization made my pain worse) so I've had a spinal cord stimulator implanted which gives me about 60-80% pain relief. You can get more information about RSD/CRPS and spinal cord stimulators at www.rsds.org www.rsdhope.org www.ans-medical.com Good luck!

I have RSD and what helps me the most is getting deep tissue massage therapy on a regular basis. This keeps the Pain down incredibly and also stops the nerve problem. I get severe nerve spasms in my legs. If you can get this done on a regular basis you will find you need less medication and feel better.
I also recommend chiropractic care. I find more help with a chiropractic doctor then with most others. I've enclosed a link for you can find a chiropractor in your area.
If you have any further questions please let me know.

Keloids are honestly now not a infrequent occurance, they're traditional in a few racial organizations and extra infrequent in others. Due to the truth that special organizations get keloids usually, there were quality strides in reducing the progress of keloid scarring in practical tactics which wouldn't have steady stress disorders. Also, there are approaches to lessen the danger of a gigantic recurrance of the CRPS from a deliberate surgical process. If you wish to have the SCS battery percent eliminated, you then could wish to speak about the obstacle with each your affliction professional, and a plastic/reconstructive medical professional who makes a speciality of operating with keloid sufferers. There are plastic/reconstructive surgeons in such a lot primary towns with this revel in. I am amazed, nonetheless, that your tendency to expand keloids was once now not famous earlier to the preliminary implantation. Most sufferers who expand keloids have gigantic scars from prior accidents.
