It's driving me crazy. In my right shoulder blade is this constant stabbing pain, and sometimes it'll get so intense that I can't really breathe. Like, if I inhale too deeply, it'll shoot pain all down my back, my side, my ribcage, and my chest. I know I should probably go to the doctor... But Yahoo Answers is cheaper.

I have frequent headaches usually towards the end of the day and at night. Regular pain killers (like tylenol don't do anything). What I feel is blood pulsating very strongly usually on the left side of my forehead. And it hurts more on that side. Do you know what can cause that? What can I do about it?

I have a real painful ache in the back of my ankle when I walk uphill - I think it's my achilles tendon. I almost have to stop walking but I don't. When I reach level ground again, eventually it goes, but if I have to stop for any reason, it's really painful and I have to hop from one foot to the other to give the other foot a few seconds worth of rest.

I've only noticed this since I started a new job about a month ago and have to walk uphil to get home - it hasn't bothered me til now but I was wondering;

a) will it go eventually?
b) am I doing myself any damage?
c) any advice on how to stop this?

any advice welcome!

I get muscle contractions most times on my legs and sometimes on my feet. I do not know why but they occur mostly late at night. It gets serious to the point that I stay awake for like 1hour or so. Most times I have to get up from bed and walk around or massage my leg before I can get some relief.
At times it happens every night for like 2-3 weeks! And sometimes they disappear and I do'nt even remember I have them untill they start recurring. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Since January my elbows have been extremely stiff and painful when I wake up in the morning,and it has progressivly gotten worse over the months.This also wakes me up every few hours at night after I have been asleep for a while.Also the bone of the elbows are are painful and tender to the touch.There is no swelling that I can notice,and the pain radiates down my forearms until about 4 inches from wrists.I've been to the doctor a few times for it and he is still trying to figure it out.I wonder if it could be the onset of some type of arthritis or other joint disorder.X-rays came back negative.I'm only 37,excellant health,except degenerative spine disease in the L4 - L5 lumbar,and a frequent numbing and tingly stiff feeling in the back of my neck.Does this sound familiar to anyone?Keep in mind,this has been going on for 9 months + and I dont golf or do any other repeticious activity with both arms.It's getting really aggravating as it is affecting any lifting that I do.No injury/exurs.

I have been getting a long of Charlie Horses in my legs. I looked it up on the net and a few places said to stop eating banannas, because I had to much potasium. I did and they stopped. When I told people this they said that made not sense because they always hear the cramps were from not enough potasium and that you are supposed to eat bannanas to stop the cramps. I started eating bannanas and got cramps again. Has anyone ever heard that EATING bannanas will cause charlie horses? I LOVE bannanas and I hate not being able to eat them and I would like to know why I cant. :(

Everytime I sleep in class or take a nap, I wake up with a very bloated stomach. I mean really bloated like I got pregnant in 45-1 hour. Why and how does that happen? It hurts worse if I drink pop before nap. I'd have to bend over a little bit to ease the pain or go to the bathroom. I'd say we have three reasons to go to the bathroom yourself: pee, poop, and blow. A solution or ideas to deal with it would be cool.

We recently moved to Malaysia. This insect is about the size of a bumble bee, is mostly black, and has an orange abdomen, and it's sting is very painful. (My unfortunate brother's moanings confirm this.) In addition to this question, does any one know how to treat this sting?
