Take Gravol. Even though it's for nausia, it works amazing for cramps. I like to take some gravol and tylenol and use either a heating pad or hot water bottle. Just be sure to take the recommended dose of gravol, cuz if you take more, it will make you sleepy. Also, although you don't feel well, be sure to eat something; that always helps me a bit

You can take on advil and then one tylenol two hours later. And if you have time apply a heating pad to the area x30 min. You don't want to apply heat to much or it could make your cramps worse. Do not exceed 4000mg of tylenol or 1200mg of advil in a 24 hr period.

Midol really helps Motrin does not compare a heating pad helps also I am sorry for your pain

Aleve is best...not only for pain but it is a naproxen sodium medication and it helps to slow down the bleeding.
If flow is heavy do not use heat....it thins the blood and makes it heavier. For heavy flow use ice packs.

Premsym PMS is the only thing left that works for me. That combined w/ heating pads.
