It was really boiling. I boiled it myself in a pot (the boil-in-the-bag type) and then poured it into a bowl, but there was a bit left in the bag that I couldn't pour out and didn't want to waste, so I sucked it out of the bag! I must've sucked too hard and fast.

Anyway, the choking wasn't the problem - I coughed it out. The problem is the burn - is it dangerous? I still feel it 1 day later. Should I see a doctor?

Thanks for reading.

I'm 17 years old and I've had migranes since I was 14. I've been prescribed imitrex for years and now the effect of it is slowly starting to decrease. The doctor ups the mgs on it but I don't like having to take the pills everytime I get a headache I'd hate to see my liver from all the damage the med has done.....anyway about a month ago he gave me Inderal, I take it three times a day and it's supposed to control my migranes down. So far, it's worked fairly well but I'm not sure I like the effect it has on my body. I feel weak, tired, a bit more depressed that I already was(i've been on lexapro for a while now) and anxious a lot. Has anyone else had this medicine before?

What are the odds of me getting a job, I would love to go back to work 7years ago I had a back operation, I went back and aprox 5mounths after that I had another back operation. It took along time to get over it . Just over 5years ago I had a Tripple bypass operation, that went ok, but I developed pains in my Hip I was off of work for nearly a year and a half waiting for another yes I'm going to say it an operation. So I had a hip re-placement but that went wrong, it took nearly 2years to find out what was wrong, so I kept nagging different consoltants to do some thing and each time they said it will make me worse if they tried to put it write. What happend they did not put the muscle back on the bone properly so I have been in pain ever since. So 2weeks ago I went to a different consoltant and he said I have not only got that problem there is loosening of the joint so it means another operation but I am 62 years old will I ever get back to work. It's terrible being at home all time.

Doctor says I should remove the packing but it is very painful. Should I pull it out slow or fast or let my boyfriend do it. I just want to get it over with and I am so nervous.

My leg has been hurting for the past 4+ months. It hurts all down from my behind down the thigh and into my calf. It's like a muscle pain and it hurts when i walk, bend over, stand for long periods of time. Like i can't even lift my leg to put my socks on without it hurting. I don't have insurance so I refuse to go to the doctor anytime soon. Ibuprofen/advil doesn't work or help. I wear flip flops a lot and my mom seems to think that is the reason why, but i disagree.

I have very tiny white pills. On one side it is engraved "377". There is nothing on the other side. It is sort of rectangular but it's rounded. I am hoping that these are pain pills because I have a really bad toothache. The label has been rubbed off.

I had a vertical hood piercing a few years ago, and now I have plans to re-pierce the area, this time in a horizontal. The first time I had it done the piercing was quite painful-- an intense, if momentary, stabbing sensation which one might expect to accompany a needle going through one's most sensitive of areas. Much to my embarrassment, I screamed in agony when the needle went through. I was thinking this second time I should numb the pain with a topical anesthetic, but when I went to the piercer she became annoyed and insisted that no reputable piercer would use topical because it's "unethical". The reason she gave was the cream is in a jar and therefore not sterile. But I don't understand, don't they sterilize the area anyway right before the piercing? It's not like that whole area is sterile to begin with.
Also, assuming sterility is not an issue, are there other reasons not to use the topical (NOT local) anesthetic (other than "it takes away from the experience")? Is it ineffective? Is it in any way dangerous? Will it make me hurt worse after the anesthetic wears off?
Finally, would you have any product recommendations? From an internet search it appears there are ones that make you go numb and others that work by cooling.

My feet have been hurting, especially the arch. What can I do to resolve this problem? Would buying new shoes help? All I can afford is cheap shoes. What could the podiatrist do for my feet hurting. Yes, I'm overweight, so I don't know if that's the problem. I can't get to exercising until this problem is corrected. I can't even stand 5 minutes without them hurting.

I have severe buttock pain, buttock numbness, right leg pain, calf and foot craps, foot pain, arm weakness, and facial numbness. The doctors have told me I have sciatica but with everything that is going on I do not fix a typical sciatica DX. I have had lab test and MRIs and nothing comes up.
