Don't worry about it. If you don't stress, it'll be over really fast. It makes it ten times worse if you think about it. Before and during the shot, think of the happiest thing you can, or count backwards from ten. Also, remember that the pain is for your good and not hurting you.

Vaccinations are bad for you!

A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your bloodstream.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

I was really scared too when I had to have a shot in my spine. My doctor provided me with some anti-anxiety medication. There might be time for your doctor to call a prescription in before you go if your appt is in the pm. Wouldn't hurt to ask. (No Pun Intended)

I am the same way and whenever I get a shot or have blood drawn I turn my head while talking to the Nurse and I also tell them not to say anything when they stick me. I flinch subconsciously to begin with and when I am warned it is even worse. One day I told a phlebotomist not to tell me when she was going to insert the needle to draw blood and she didn't believe me and I sprayed blood all over her because I flinched.

I always either bite my lip, or pinch myself somewhere else so that I don't feel it that much. It won't be too bad, it'll go by fast and you'll feel better that you had it. Just think, it only takes like 10 seconds, and its over. Done. You will probably spend more time worrying that you will in pain! Good luck, hope it goes by quickly!

THIS REALLY WORKS
WIGGLE YOUR TOES REALLY FAST.(.keep wiggling until the shot is done)
and while you are doing this close your eyes
and try to smile
if you do this all at once your brain does not have time to process the fear the pain and the shock of it all at once
it works!!!

I have a terrible phobia of needles too!! I'm sorry for what you have to go through tomorrow. I just close my eyes and try to be brave. You will get through it. Best wishes.

Turn your head and don't watch. Hold onto a stuffed animal. It will be over in a second and you need it for your health.
