If you are sick, go home! You are running the risk of getting everyone else in your work sick with what you have. Tell your supervisor/manager that you are not feeling well and you need to go home. You don't HAVE to be at work if you are not going to be productive and also are infecting everyone else around you.

If your unable to leave work you should try treating the symptoms your having with over the counter medications, for the sore throat you can gargle with warm salt water to help with the soreness and also try using cough drops to help with the soreness as well. Try taking something like Motrin for the headaches and body aches and help if your have a fever. It sounds as if your coming down with the flu. Using over the counter cold and flu medication that doesn't cause drowsiness can help with the symptoms your having and allow your day to pass as your ache free.

Get Advil every 3-4 hour . Drink coffee as much as you can.
Dont think about your illness at all. Go to ladysroom and sleep there a bit if it is possible.
I have been there girl .Being at work when you are so sick and could not do anything about it.It is painful.

I hope you get better tomorrow

leave like every hour or so for the ladies room to get a change of scenery- sit there for a minute and breathe and don't think of anything, esp. not work! On lunch, even if you brough it, sit outside in your car with music. If anyone asks about the frequent getting up, tell them you keep getting sick and think you're getting worse. If they assume you're throwing up, they might even send you home. Good luck! feel better!
