it feels like blood rushed up too my head and glands and now it really hurts...whats hapening?

put your fists together in front of your chest and have your elbows pointing outward. Rotate the top half of your body to the right, then to the left... this should crack your back. If that doesn't help try to get to a hostpital.

I know that doesn't really make sence logically, but a lot of the time your neck will hurt because your spine pinches nerves that go up to your neck...

If it feels like the muscle is hurting, you're probably building up lactic acid on that part of your body. It is pretty much a by-product of your muscle metabolic activities wherein pyruvate acid is turned into lactic acid because of insufficient supply of oxygen(from what I learned from my instructor)... You could try massaging the muscles on that part so that oxygen-rich blood can supply those muscle cells for their normal operation.

maybe you have crick in your neck you know if you slept with your neck in an uncomfortable position, for the blood rushing to your head... could it be an effect from a medicine?
