Have you been to a chiropractor before? You would be amazed how much better you would feel. It would help with the neck and shoulders but the dizzy spells could be an inner ear infection or something. I would go to the chiropractor every week if I could afford it.

A capable Chiropractor can work wonders if it is indeed simply tension due to stress, although the source of your stress would also need to be looked at unless you want to keep having to go back. What you should do first, however, if the "they" in "they say" doesn't refer to your doctor, is see your doctor, so he or she can rule out any other problems that may be causing these symptoms.

A chiropractor may help, but I recommend you go to the hospital for a CT scan, and an MRI.
