It sounds like you may have the beginnings of neuropathy. It can be caused from diabetes or just a lack of blood circulation. You need to see a doctor for treatment.

What's your blood glucose level? There are a LOT more things you'd need to check, but burning feet and numbness in the hands can be a sign of diabetic neuropathy. If you have Type 2 diabetes which you haven't been treating (or which hasn't been diagnosed), you can have these symptoms.

There are treatments for the discomfort but the main thing is to get your blood sugar under control. If you leave your blood sugar uncontrolled, you can end up with serious problems, from kidney failure and gangrene in your toes and feet, to stroke and heart attack. No joke.

Get to a doctor...

This is no laughing matter -
The coals of the fire walking bed can reach temperatures of up to 600 degrees F.
A single millisecond of distraction can send you to the E.R. with debilitating 3rd degree burns on the soles of your feet.
The shock of injury may also cause accompanying bi-lateral numbness in the hands.
Never fire walk alone in the isolated wilderness far from civilization. You may never return.
