I have been doing karate for 4 years and train 3x a week for 2hour, i have started to suffer extrem pain in my calf muscle. Any idea?

She is in alot of pain because of her hip. ( we went to doctor her hip isn't broken. He said she has muscle pain. I recently bought a scooter for her. I said let's try to use it so she tried to get on it and with much pain did. She has a small house and the scooter hits some of the chairs in her house. I said lets move them SHe Said no they have been there for years. I also noticed she put 2 dirty coffee cups from coffee in the refrigirator. I want to take her to the doctor to see whats up with her she said NO You DONT Im fine. SHe has me concerned. How can I do this? She won't take some good advice. Help?

I woke up with a stiff neck pain this morning, I can't move it to the right side. and when I try to im jolted with a stiff pain. I did work my neck out a bit yesterday, but nothing to serious.

I took 2 tylenol.


Any suggestions?

I just woke up today and my left ear is a little bit muffled.
I noticed that whenever I moved my head left, right, forward, back, circular, that I kept hearing something move according to my movements. Does anyone know what happened??

i have had pain in my back now since june last year, its around the left kidney area. i have been admitted into hospital and went to outpatients for tests for kidney stones (ivu, xrays, scans) but nothin has been found, the pain started and lasted maybe a day then left for maybe a week but from december i am in pain everyday, sometimes mild then really, really bed wer pain killers dont work, im taking voltrol, tramadol and co-codamol but none of these take the pain away, anyone any ideas of wat else this pain could be

I had an accident at work and I am still under pain a few hours ago the police pulled me over because I wasnt able to keep on my lane they just gave me a cortesy citation warning because I told the cop I was under pain because my accident I stoped and rested for a little bit can I take this courtesy citation to my workers comp upcoming hearing? because I hurt my head and my back.

Yesterday I felt as if I got air in my ear. I squeezed my nose & blew out; hoping the air would come out but it didn't. I took a nap & when I woke I was in such pain. I'm awake right now b/c I can't rest my head to the left or to the right. It hurts so much!!! I literally can't hear out of my ear & it feels as if its stuffed w/ cotton or tissue. My entire right side of my face also hurts and is swollen. Is it just air or an infection? How do I get this air out?

Actually from last 4 months my mother is suffering from a head pain. attack of that pain sometimes in 4 days some time 2 to 3 times in a day. it is very painful even at the time of pain she won't be able to open her eyes. I had prolonged & chronic Otitis media for nearly 7 years and after the 2nd surgery started having slight numbness in my hands. I slowly began to notice that the numbness had travelled to my palms and fingers (both hands) making it difficult for me to keep my hands elevated for more than a minute. Working on the computer seem to have aggravated it (or it could have started with the use of the mouse/keyboard). I underwent pysiotherapy for 20 days with not much relief.
I saw an advt for 'Wristiser'. Is this useful, has someone tried this. I dont want any more surgeries as I am sick of hospitals after nearly 4 surgeries in 2 years. Besides, I am told that surgery will reduce the dexterity in my fingers making it impossible to handle delicate tasks. I am an accountant and have to work long hours on the computer / writing. I'm 38 and weigh average

I'm just a normal teenager who is also a very, very deep sleeper. I mean deep. you could probably listen to music around me and i would keep sleeping.

the problem is that now that i'm 16... its embarrasing to ask my mom to wake me up. can anyone help me with this?

For the past several years, mostly during cold weather, I have episodes where I have had a shooting pain go from the bottom of my spine all the way to the top. It is crippling for about 30 seconds. On most occasions I get a bad headache for a hours. No rx helps. This pain is in my pulse. I know it has to sound crazy. It can best be explained like this - ever had an earache? you know how you can hear your pulse in your ear and it drives you INSANE. I FEEL the pulse go from my back to my head and with every beat come a pulse of pain.

Well, all day today I have had that pulsating pain in my back and neck. Now it's on one side of my temple.

Any help? Thank you.

I have had my belly button pierced for about six months and the bottom hole doesn't seem to be healing or even trying to heal. It just bleeds and scabs and looks unhealthy. The top hole has already healed. I clean it often but not too often. I also apply neosporin to the bottom hole. I use antibacterial soap. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks--

My daughter is in gymnastics and has just recently started competing. The palms of her hands are so sore and almost raw (for lack of a better term) from the uneven bars. She puts chalk on her hands before she practices, but they are still painful.

I've tried putting ointment on her palms and putting a bandage on at bedtime. It seems to help a little, but during the day nothing seems to work. Because of where the blisters/sores are, nothing stays in place long.

Any help you can offer would be fantastic! Thanks :)
