The "clicking" noise is actually -AIR- being pushed out of the synovial fluid in the joint, and is relatively harmless.

It could be a slight sign that the -cartilege- in your knee joint is slightly worn away/cracked but 80% of PEOPLE HAVE THIS AND DONT REALISE!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is perfectly normal, and only becomes a problem if your knee ever "locks".

Arthritis runs in my family and Ive researched this type of thing. Eat plenty of ginger (mmmm.....curries!?), celery and pineapple, all of which are powerful ant-inflammatories. Cod liver oil or eating oily fish can help also.

There are safe over the counter supplements such as Celadrin and Glucosamine Sulphate and Chondroitin which have had clinical tests in their effiencency in treating the symptoms of arthritis in older people.

I hope this helps.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Our knees are composed of two bones called the femur and tibia. In between are structures made of a softer substance called cartilage, which act as cushions. In the case of certain diseases such as Osteoarthritis, the protective cartilage deteriorates and causes the bones to grind against each other producing a crackling or popping sound called crepitus, which can be accompanied by pain. Gas in the knee joint capsule can also produce a cracking sound - this comes from bubbles that burst due to pressure inside the joint because of certain physical activities (such as stretching). Read on for strategies to prevent and treat this painful condition

You should ask your GP to refer you to an orthopaedic specialist. It might be that the specialist decides to perform an arthroscopy, which involves making a small incision at the side of the knee and inserting a microscopic camera to determine what the exact cause is.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/buNCU

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
