Drink plenty of water before bed. Have a berrocca. Take a litre of water to bed with you and have a drink everytime you wake up through out the night. Alcohol shrinks the brain and due to this, that is the feeling of a sore head. REHYDRATE as much as possible. Due to the affect alcohol has on your liver and kidneys, it is recommended that you don't take pain relief until the next morning. Sleep and water are the best cure followed by McDonalds.... But remember Don't drink and drive. Alcohol stays in your system the day after a big night out. Good old vegemitemite on toast and a glass of milk is goo too...

Hangover is caused by the dehydration effects of alcohol. I always drink lots of water before going to bed if I have had more than my usual limit of alcohol. It's more of a prevention rather than cure.

Best wishes, J

O please someone have one, I hate them Im considering giving up drinking because of them. I cant stomach water, which by the way will be what everyone suggests, and they last longer the older I get. When I reach 50 I think ill just have one big hang over for the rest of my life lol

Drink ONE of whatever you were drinking last night, and as soon as your stomach settles down, eat protein & carbs (say an egg & a slice of toast).
That should hold you till you can get home from work & crash for 10 hours
