my legs have become so stiff and sore, I can hardly walk. My Dr advised me to get a wheely walker so I would not fall over. I have an autoimmune disease that is causing the problem. The pain gets so bad I cant sleep, and its tiring me out. I am on warfarin and not allowed to take any relaxant tablets. I am not allowed herbal medicine. I am waiting to see a specialist. Can anyone please suggest something to help me.

i am a competitive swimmer and train very often, but unfortunately when we do really hard sets which require you to swim fast for a longer distance i often get a pain in either my neck or heart area. It feels like there is ahole in my heart or neck and every time i breathe in there is a sharp pain. this means i have to slow right down and breathe to the other side which is more uncomfortable for me.

does anyone have any advice or is a doctor and could help/advise me ?

its beginning to become very annoying and has occured when i was racing before which was very annoying and painful !!

please help me.

When I first applied for DLA was in 1992, I was awarded the lower rate. Then an appeal was allowed in 1993 and I was awarded MRC and HRB for life, then in 02 it changed to Indefinatly. Can I expect a medical examination at some point or will it be just another form to fill in. Thanks for your help

Has anyone been to the Cleveland Pain Clinic? How did it go for you?
Is there anything to do while you are down there in your off time from the clinic?

ok so here is the deal....
Last year in ?June? I went up north in WI near the border to the upper Michigan place with my friend. It was fun and a whole new experience for me I ate food that I had never even heard of, I went hiking in michigan I went tubing and much more.
The only problem was that when I tried to get up from my bed on the couch my neck hurt and it took alot of effort. As I said I was doing totally new things and I don't think I hurt my neck tho. I was sleeping on a couch...
Read over my question and make sure you pay attention to everything please! I need to know what was wrong with my neck and if I can do anything to prevent it from happening again. ( I am used to sleeping on the couch so I don't think that is what caused it)

Thanks to everyone who answers!
