When I first applied for DLA was in 1992, I was awarded the lower rate. Then an appeal was allowed in 1993 and I was awarded MRC and HRB for life, then in 02 it changed to Indefinatly. Can I expect a medical examination at some point or will it be just another form to fill in. Thanks for your help

It will depend on why you are claiming, your situation, the details you have put forward regarding the medical examination. Usually they will state how long the award has been awarded for, so to me if they are saying indefinite they mean forever or until your circumstances change. If you still do not feel satisfied with the answers you get, you can ring them and ask them to explain what they mean by indefinite, I have spoke to them several times regarding my claim and they have always been helpful.

I know nothing about the acronyms but hopefully this can help ... Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

indefinate means you will carry on getting it all the time you are ill
they wont send you more forms it will only stop if you tell them that things have changed in your health
hope this helps
