I think the smartest, safest move is to call your pharmacist (or one from a major pharmacy). They will know what is safe and not. If they say it's safe I would suggest mixing with either some applesauce, banana or even pudding...something with some flavor. We had to do this when my Aunt was in a nursing home. Applesauce is the #1 choice. Otherwise it will be very bitter to swallow. But please first make sure it is safe and I have no clue if it is or not. But a pharmacist would!

Also they have liquid flavored tylenol for kids. I don't know if the dosage would be high enough but might that be a solution? Good luck!

If the tylenol is a powder tablet you can go with that route.

But first try putting some pudding or applesauce in your mouth first & then the pill--now swallow

i don't think so cause i think they might dissolve, but i think as long as there pill and not capsules you can cut them in half and swallow, also if that doesn't work 4 you, you can always get the Tylenol in liquid form, i don't know if they make that kind for adults but you can always get the children's kind and use the amount that it tells you to take 4 people 12 and up.....it may sound weird but it does work...( D

Yes but for my children I put it in jelly.

Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

I have never tried chrushing pills but your best bet os to buy liquid, they have lost of different kinds, and its not just for children anymore, crushing the pill would leave a pretty bad taste in your mouth, but you can always give it a shot, Its not going to hurt you if you try it with just one!

Go get childrens tylenol liquid. It comes generic and is sold everywhere. Get childrens, not infants. Take it to the pharmacy and ask them how much you need to take for your weight. Or do the math yourself.

Better put them in something semi solid like jelly, or peanut butter but I don't know why you can't crush them.

Call the companies product number on the bottle. They can also give you reliable ideas.

I read somwhere a week or so ago that you should never crush medication as it can release the medication too fast. Better try cutting them.
