There is one reason for unexpected nose bleeds, when you haven't been sick, blowing your nose a lot, etc. This can be due to a lack of vitamin K. This vitamin does not stay in your body for any length of time, except Vitamin K shots. I had a friend who needed vitamin K shots quite regularly, as she just could not seem to get enough of it into her body through eating the correct foods. Whatever the reason is...........you need to have it evaluated by a doctor, to see if you are in need of Vitamin K shots or if you need to change your diet. How much has your eating changed since you moved form Utah? Are you eating less cabbage, and things like that, now? Really, go through your memory, and think what you used to eat, compared to what you eat, now. I know that nosebleeds are horrible to contend with. Please, see if you need the extra "K" vitamin, to stop them. Are you well, besides this condition? Think of how you are physically, and remember to tell the doctor ALL that is bothering you, physically. If you are on illegal drugs, you may be heading down a seriously bad path for your blood. I hope you get relief soon!

OK there are several reasons that i know of that cold cause nose bleeds. on the capillaries could be close to the surface inside of your nose. and just a slight raise in your blood pressure could cause one to break open. causing your nose to bleed. or you could have sinutitis and blowing your nose could be causing membrains to brust. there are many reason for nose bleeds and having an explaination for them all is practicially impossible. but if this problem persists consult you doctor for medical advise sweety.

They usually occur when you pick your nose too much. So don't pick your nose too much.
