Did anyone out there wake up with a cramping leg or foot last night if so was it bad ?

If you get cramps, stretch your Gastrocnemius and Soleus muscles after walking or running.

To deactivate a cramp activate the opposite muscles and stretch the cramping ones.

A heavy blanket can cause the toes to point and shorten the Gastroc/Soleus causing them to cramp.

The calf is considered to contain foot muscles...
Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it
