I just woke up today and my left ear is a little bit muffled.
I noticed that whenever I moved my head left, right, forward, back, circular, that I kept hearing something move according to my movements. Does anyone know what happened??

Most likely related...
Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

is there pain? no such thing as having a broken ear, you have very small and sensitive parts but if you did damage to those things you wouldnt even hear those movements.
might be something in there, go get a dr. to check it out. no sense risking your hearing
