Thats poor. I also have a clock radio n I continuously might desire to coach the music way up so it easily wakes me in the morning. all people at your college stay interior of sight? in case you bathe at night n are waiting immediately, in line with danger they might come previous n wake you up on the way. and take a inspect and get into the habit, bypass to sleep early n set your alarm for the coolest same time each and every morning n ultimately your physique will wake you up clearly at that factor.

The optimal solution for me has been to combine both approaches. It’s very simple, and many early risers do this without even thinking about it, but it was a mental breakthrough for me nonetheless. The solution was to go to bed when I’m sleepy (and only when I’m sleepy) and get up with an alarm clock at a fixed time (7 days per week). So I always get up at the same time (in my case 5am), but I go to bed at different times every night.

You know this could be a problem and not even know about it. Maybe you can try seeing a doctor about this and feel better. It could be that your not eating the right foods, not drinking enough water, or might not be drinking your vitamins. I hated when my mom bugged me about my vitamins, but in the long run I didn't have much energy, I didn't want to do anything, but sleep. As soon as I started drinking my vitamins, drinking a glass of juice a day, EXERCISING, and drinking lots of water I wasn't worried about me sleeping to much or being in a deep sleep.

You are not alone. An Alarm clock next to my face doesn't wake me up. You'll probably not getting your 8 hours or not sleeping enough in ganeral.

Naw, no shame in that. I can sleep through anything. The best I've found is people. Good alarm clocks, they are. Persistent.

Get an alarm clock that gets louder and louder the longer it goes off, and don't put it on your bedside table, put it across the room from you so you have to actually get up to turn it off.

get an alarm clock set it to alarm at the desired time and place it far enough for you to get up when you need to stop it from ringing when it alarms.
