Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

I get the same things.

Been having tests for years, they cant find anything thats wrong. Apparently my Kidneys arent filtering properly and I am losing protien, but not sure if thats why I get the pain or not.

Drinking more water helps. I dont seem to get the pain when I drink water everyday...

I'm glad you have an appointment soon. You really do need medical attention. My advice is to write down for the doctor everything you have written here, plus anything else that's applicable. When you're in the doctor's examining room, it's all too easy to forget to tell him or her something you really meant to mention.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

I noticed you ask this question a lot. Please email me as I have been having the exact same problem since June myself. Been to the er numerous times. I was on 750 mg hydrocodone but was switched to tramadol. Not strong enough so switching back. Its so painful I know. I think it would be really nice to talk to someone about it thats going through the same things. Please Please email me.

have them do an MRI of your lumbar spine. Sounds like it could be a herniated disk.
If it is, discuss treatment options other than surgery with your doctor. Once you have surgery in your spine, you'll have to keep having them forever.
