It has been 7 weeks since I fractured my foot and I heard that my foot will never be the same again..

It depends on exactly which bones were fractured & how your body heals individually.. In some cases your fractured regions may actually be stronger than they were, before the bone was fractured. In some smaller bones of the foot, whatever shoe you choose to wear may not interfere in the least bit. On the other hand, if the fractured bones were the larger bones..there may be an increased thickness of the ankle &/or foot. Hope this helps...

stilettos are fine for stabbing, but for general knife work i reccomend a mid length dounble edged spear point like the F.S.(Fairbourne Sykes) commando knife or a good sturdy buck model 119

of course it will be the same again but it takes time,specially
if you count only on Mother Nature and don't see a phisiotherapist.
