what exactly is a canker sore? also how do u heal it? ah this sucks lol. also i am recovering from a pretty horrible cold if that helps to the reason why i have what i believe to be a canker sore on the inside of my bottom lip

My husband has SEVERE Degenerative Disk Disease in his spine. As of last week he got to the point where he could not walk and was in so much pain that I had to take him to the Emergency Room. He was literally unable to move his legs at all. All the hospital did was give him a shot and a few prescriptions for pain and sent him for an MRI. When they got the results the doctor who had never even met my husband before said that it did not look like he had any new problems and walked out the door so fast that my husband could not even open his mouth to ask him how he could know that since he had never even seen him before, much less all the other MRIs he has had. A short time later they gave him his discharge papers and called me to come and get him.

I could not believe it. It took two nurses to get him into my small car and no one even asked me if had any help at home to get him out and up the steps to our home. At home it took him more than two hours to drag himself out of the car.

I've been having it since last saturday! And everytime i take excedrin it always comes back! Like i took some excedrin migraine this morning and i was fine until like 3 hours later! I take tylenol pm every night but i dont know if it works because i fall asleep but when i wake up my head really hurts! i try to relax but it doesn't work..but i think i know why i got my headache back this morning. Because there's this voice in my mind that talks to me sometimes like today i skipped English (i had to because there's this boy that was messing with me yesterday and i have a headache and i dont feel like getting messed with) and no he's not the reason i have the headache. Well actually i asked myself "why did you skip english?" because someone might ask me and my mind goes blank sometimes when someone asks me a question. Well anywayz how do i stop the headache????????

i got a deep glass cut on the instep of my right foot, about an inch long, that was nearly two weeks ago, i have been to the hospital and had three stitches which recently were removed..i have done everthing, rested, ice, elevation, the works.. but i still dont have feeling along the side of the wound.. im also finding it difficult to move it, although there is some movement..

im concerned because 6 years ago i had a similar accident at work involving my hand, leaving my thumb completely motionless and numb forever because nerves and tendons had been severed.

I'm not sure what to do??

my daughters school called today and said that she may have lice. but they weren't sure. when she came home i could see tiny little white things but but couldn't tell. i could easily pull them out of her hair with my fingers (no nails) when i called the dr she said it was probably just dandruff.. i check everyone else and nobody in the family has anything like this... we all use the same combs & brushes too.. now im just paranoid that she does have lice but hubby said to listen to that dr. and that she doesn't have lice ... is the lice really hard to pull out?

it hurt alot, but the pain went away after awhile... and then the next morning, it started hurting alot whenever it was touched even the tiniest bit, and it gradually got worse... -hurts to breathe, and now i feel shooting pains there even when im sitting and doing nothing!!!

I'm only 23 years old but I use to drink a lot, like a fith of liquor a day for nearly three years. I had blood in my stool before for a little over a year then I went to the doctor and he said it could be internal hemorids or ulcers on my colon. Not to sure what he was saying because the military sent me to a Korean doctor off base and he barley spoke english and my doctor didn't military physician didn't tell me anything. I have quit drinking though for over a year. So I don't know why I have blood in my stool again and sharp pain in my left side. The pain only last for about a min but it hurst like hell some times. Any Ideas?

Earlier last week, my leg hurt really bad. I skateboard, alot. It hurts when I move my leg up to a 90 degree angle. It hurts at the top of my leg by my hip. my lip has a blister thing on it that pours out puss whenever it is cracked open. i have tried vasaline, cocoa butter, blistex and something else (i think its viatimin E stuff) but nothing will make it go away. ive tried everything for about two weeks each and it still is there.

I am a full time cashier and I am required to stand for 7 hours a day... since i started this job my left heel has started hurting causing me to have a limp by the end of the day... i'm 14 male

i have a pain in my left nipple only the nipple nowhere else in that area. the pain is not consistent, if some one bumps into me accidentally in that area or if i push it it really hurts. my right one seems soft and doesent hurt, my left one feles like there is some sort of bumpy marble under the surface. i have had it for ages.
Could it be Cancer. please help i'm only 14 i'm scared out of my mind.
